Shipping, Return & Refund Policies

Parties to This Policy

This is the Shipping and Return Policy of Kill-Shot Pro, a division of Eureka Technology Partners, LLC. The terms “we”, “us”, Site, “our” or “Kill-Shot Pro” refer to Kill-Shot Pro, a division of Eureka Technology Partners, LLC. “you” or “buyer”, refer to the party having accessed this website and/or purchased products or services from us. This policy describes our policies regarding shipping and returns of products we sell to you.

Shipping

Orders received by 11AM Pacific Time Monday-Friday (holidays excepted) will be processed and shipped the same day.

For shipping to addresses with US destinations we offer the following shipping options:

  • Our FREE shipping option utilizes USPS Priority Mail or USPS Ground Advantage, whichever we determine to be best for a given destination. Typical delivery times are 2-5 business days.
  • We also offer UPS Ground and UPS Second Day Air shipping options. These options are not free. The cost of shipping for these methods will be charged to your total balance at checkout. Note that delivery times for Second Day Air are two BUSINESS days AFTER the day your order is shipped. For example, if your order is shipped on Friday, it will be delivered on the following Wednesday.

For shipping to Canada we ship USPS Priority Mail International. You are responsible for any import fees, duties or taxes due at the destination.

Returns

Returns (other than under our Limited Warranty) - We have a 30-day return policy which applies to returns for reasons other than a claim under our Limited Warranty. This means you have 30 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return under this policy. To be eligible for a return (other than Warranty), all items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items Damaged in Shipping or Missing or Wrong Items - Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your package arrives damaged or with missing parts, immediately photograph the inside and outside of the box and its contents (and if your product is damaged, photograph the damage). Then contact us for further instructions using the contact information in the right hand column of this page.

Returns (under our Limited Warranty) - Warranty returns are subject to our Limited Warranty Terms, which can be reviewed using the "Limited Warranty" button in the right hand column of this page. To be eligible for a warranty return, all items you received must be returned, in the original packaging (if you have it) or in packaging suitable to protect the product when shipped. You’ll also need to include the receipt or proof of purchase.

How To Return Items - To start a return, you must first contact us. See the contact information in the right hand column of this page.

Note that returns will need to be sent to the address shown in the right hand column of this page.

Items returned to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted, and we will not be responsible for reimbursement of any costs to you or for loss or mishandling of such items.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You can always contact us for any return question. See the contact information at the top of the right column.

Exceptions / non-returnable items - Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges - The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period - Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Processing of Refunds – Subject to the foregoing discussion with respect to our Return Policy, you may be entitled to a partial or full refund of any amounts you have paid us for a purchase. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved (and the amount thereof) or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at using the information at the top of the right hand column. We will make all reasonable efforts to identify the problem and correct it.
