ORDER RELATED

I'm missing a product from my order, what do I do?

First, take a photograph of the package, inside and out. Make sure photographs show all items you did receive. We may ask you to send the photographs to us. Then, contact us to arrange the replacement of the missing item(s).

My order was damaged or lost in shipment. What should I do?

If your product/package arrives damaged:

  • Immediately photograph the outside of the package, with particular attention to the damaged area(s).
  • Then, open the package and photograph the Kill-Shot Pro™ inside the box, paying particular attention to the damaged area(s) of the Kill-Shot Pro™.
  • Then, remove Kill-Shot Pro™ and photograph it outside the box, paying particular attention to the damaged area(s).
  • Keep these images handy. We may ask you to send them to us.
  • Finally, contact us for further instructions.

If your package doesn't arrive as scheduled:

  • Double-check the tracking information and make sure it doesn't say "In Transit", "Delayed", "Rescheduled" or something similar. If it does, wait 24 hours before taking further action.
  • If tracking says it was delivered, contact us for further instructions and to arrange a replacement of your shipment.

My Kill-Shot™ Pro arrived and it does not work. Now what?

This could mean your battery needs to be charged. Plug your Kill-Shot Pro™ into a charger. The LEDs should start flashing. Allow it to charge for 30 minutes. Then, remove the charger and check the battery status (see the "How-To" video to learn how to do this). If the battery is charged (25% should be fine for now) then the problem is resolved and you should be able to use your Kill-Shot Pro™. Just be sure to fully charge it before the next time you play.

If this does not solve the problem, contact us for further help or instructions.

Why have I received an email saying the item I've ordered is out of stock?

We do our best to make sure we always have adequate inventory to meet anticipated demand. However, we may experience out-of-stock conditions for short periods of time. If you received an out--of-stock email it was for this reason.

We will notify you when your ordered products are back in stock and we are able to fulfill your order.

If you decide for any reason you do not want to wait for your order to ship, contact us and we will cancel your order and refund any amount you paid us at the time you placed your order.

I placed an order but did not receive a confirmation or a tracking number.

First, check your spam folder for emails from killshotpro.com. If you still don't see an order confirmation email, contact us and we'll provide another confirmation email, and if already shipped, your tracking number.

My battery is completely discharged, is it ruined?

Probably not. Kill-Shot™ Pro has a smart battery control circuit to prevent damage to the battery due to complete discharging. It is very likely all you will need to do is plug a charger into the controller charging port and allow it to charge for several hours. If the charging is working properly you will notice both LEDs flashing on/off about 2x per second. If this does not happen, check that the charger is plugged in and receiving power. Check the charging cable are securely plugged in. If the problem persists contact us for further instructions.

My Kill-Shot Pro™ stopped working. What should I do?

This could mean your battery needs to be charged. Or, it could indicate the controller encountered an internal error. Plug your Kill-Shot Pro™ into a charger. The LEDs should start flashing. Allow it to charge for 30 minutes. Then, remove the charger and check the battery status (see the "How-To" video to learn how to do this). If the battery is charged (25% should be fine for now) then the problem is resolved and you should be able to use your Kill-Shot Pro™ again. Just be sure to fully charge it before the next time you play.

If this does not solve the problem, contact us for further help or instructions.

My battery is fully discharged. Do I lose my settings or statistics?

No! Your settings and statistics are stored in a non-volatile memory chip. This means that once you save your settings, or have accumulated statistics, they will remain in memory unchanged even after you recharge the battery. Only you can change settings or clear statistics.
