From time to time we may offer certain products for sale as "Pre-Order". Products subject to pre-order will be clearly identified on our website and you will be notified as such during the checkout and payment phase on our site. If you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory or in limited quantities or our inventory. We may collect a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then charge the remaining payment when the product ships on the fulfillment date. • Pre-orders not yet fulfilled – you can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled and you will receive a refund of your partial payment in full.
• Pre-orders that have already been shipped by us – you can not cancel the order once we have shipped it, and any partial or full refund will then be subject to our returns and refunds policy which you can access using the quick link button located on this page.
